Luštica Development AD is the national project company behind Luštica Bay, Montenegro’s first and largest greenfield investment. Founded in 2008 as a joint venture between Swiss-based Orascom Development Holding (90%) and the Government of Montenegro (10%), the company was established with a singular vision: to transform over 6.5 million square meters of pristine coastal land on the Luštica peninsula into a self-sustaining, year-round resort town. As a subsidiary of Orascom Development — a global leader in developing integrated destinations — Luštica Development brings decades of international expertise to every aspect of the project, from master planning and architecture to hospitality and community management.
